Life happens. We definitely get it.
We expect that every now and again you may book a session and then have to miss it when something unexpected arises, but please do not make it a habit of booking sessions and then not showing up.
To do so goes against our Clubhouse Code of Conduct.
If you repeatedly book sessions and miss those sessions, we will disable your access to self-service bookings, and you will be required to use our contact form to request to schedule sessions for a period of 30 days before you will be allowed to go back to self-service booking.
Because there are a limited number of spaces per session, it is important that spaces be available to/for those who consistently book and show up.
